Dispune radierea debitorului din Registrul Comerţului Bucureşti. În baza art. 179 din Legea nr. 85/2014 privind procedurile de prevenire a insolvenţei şi de insolvenţă sentinţa de închidere a procedurii va fi notificată Direcţiei Generale a Finanţelor Publice Bucureşti şi Oficiului Registrului Comerţului Bucureşti de pe lângă Tribunalul Bucureşti, pentru efectuarea menţiunii. Prezenta sentinţă va fi notificată tuturor creditorilor debitorului prin publicarea ei în Buletinul procedurilor de insolvenţă. Executorie. Cu apel, în termen de 7 zile de la comunicarea hotărârii prin publicare în Buletinul Procedurilor de Insolvenţă, ce va fi depus la Tribunalul Bucureşti Secţia a VII-a civilă. Pronunţată astăzi, 18.11.2025, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin mijlocirea grefei instanţei, în acord cu dispoziţiile art. 402 Cod pr.civ..
